Hello, The proposal has been updated with edited time-scope. Bug 47742 has been reopened and marked dependent to 43126<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43126>, SyntaxHighlight. I've noticed that SyntaxHighlight is a different component from VisualEditor in the Bugzilla, but they are connected through various dependencies. Should I change my proposal title to make it a SyntaxHighlight plugin? Thank you!
