Keep in mind I've only been around for ~18 months, so I am going to be unaware of some previous discussion on the subject. But yeah, /clearly/ the more specific an UA is the more precise any intervention can be. I'm not sure how reasonable it is to extrapolate from that to "must have email/irc nick/etc".
