SMW's introduction of Composer for installation has provided us with
real world examples of how the average person who installs a wiki
responds when faced with using composer.[1][2][3]

The response leads me to think that Composer is a great tool for
developers, but a horrible tool for end users.

This is frustrating because it takes care of versioning, dependency
management and installation.

Is there any app (desktop, web-based, or even mobile) that we could
point users to so that they could handle composer-based software
management without the frustration that we are currently seeing?
