Thank you Alex, I see that there is a beta version since 2012 with Google Authenticator.
So does this mean that there is no chance my implementation with Latch will also be available for MediaWiki users? I will be working on this project anyway, because I already signed for it with a profesor at my university so it would be a pleasure for me if people could actually use it for securing their accounts!
