my planned schedule:

13:00 UTC: cutting branch wmf/1.33.0-wmf.20
14:00 UTC: rebuild, sync, deploy to test.wikipedia.org
Wednesday March 06
Due to personal convenience, I will deploy in my evening.
20:00 UTC: deploy to group1
Thursday March 07
14:00 UTC: deploy to all other wikis
The deployment task is https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T206674 which I
should keep updated as we progress this week.
