Thanks very much to those who worked on this problem. I'm hoping to see a public report with more technical and legal info than has been published so far. I think that such a report is not urgent, but it would be nice to have the report available by the end of next week, which would allow plenty of time for reference and commentary in the September issue of *The Signpost*.
