Rather than being one API, the idea is to support people creating and
consuming APIs in whatever they're trying to accomplish. The API Platform
team isn't there to build your API for you, but we are there to help you
along the way, especially in regards to things like best practices, what is
available within the WMF infrastructure, etc.
