Wednesday Morning (7-16) EDT. / Tuesday Evening (7-15) PDT, Sea Launch is scheduled to launch EchoStar XI satellite for DISH Network Corporation, on a Zenit-3SL rocket from the Odyssey Launch Platform positioned on the equator in the Pacific Ocean.

Launch window opens at 1:21 a.m. EDT. / 10:21 p.m PDT (7-15)

Spacecraft separation around 1 hour after lift off over the Indian Ocean.

EchoStar XI, built by Space Systems/Loral is a 1300 bus design providing direct-to-home television broadcast to subscribers.
EchoStar XI will be replacing EchoStar 8.
