The release notes say "Prior to installing Firefox 1.0.2, please ensure that the directory you've chosen to install into is clean and doesn't contain any previous Firefox installations. "
1) Are they serious?
2) Is trashing the contents of the directory sufficient or must one run an uninstall?
I failed to read the release notes and installed 1.0.2 right over 1.0.1. Haven't found any problems after several hours of use.
