Or more likely, it sends it directly to the address by putting your
address directly in the SMTP header.

Normally, (ignoring a bug in OE which has a fix), the BCC header is kept
only on the local copy of the message. It is not included in the header of
the message distributed outside the sending computer. Yet, the addresses
appearing in the BCC header are included in the SMTP header, which
encloses the message itself. Those addresses must include a valid address
of yours, otherwise it will not reach your mailbox. Out of those
addresses, the copy of the message arriving at your mailbox, will no
longer include all addresses, and besides, the SMTP headers are not kept
with the message when it lands on your mailbox.

Likely that the only way is to use a filter which includes the condition
that your e-mail address appears in the To or CC (which are both apparent
in the header of the received message).
