I think he means the old-fashioned BIOS passwords that are "backdoors"
for the BIOS manufacturers, OEM manufacturers, and/or skilled users...

As far as I know, the Award BIOSs I have been using for several years do
not have this "feature"...  (Or maybe I just did not try hard enough to find 
out???)
