I ran this, and it only found one thing: (It WAS on one line)

Visible in directory index, but not Windows API or MFT.
I assume this is one item is harmless... (?)
BTW/FYI, The log file did not go to my regular desktop when saved.
(Could have been an "operator error", but I don't know how I got there
when picking a folder...)
