I just returned 2 that I got off ebay because my XP computer could not
recognize them. I have another one that it sees everytime I plug it in.

Also, I have a radio in my office that is on when I am in, and with either
of these 2 enclosures plugged in and turned on, the static was terrific,
such that I had to turn the radio off.

Shipping is a killer on these things if the price is right.
Enclosure = $ 8.99
Shipping = $ 16.95, I bought 2 and he would not discount shipping

2 enclosures = $16.98
2 shippings = $33.90

He put both in a USPS box, postage was $9.00 for both, he made almost $25 on
the shipping

I have asked that he refund my cost to ship them back, but I am not holding
my breath

No names. :) Or at least they are brands I never heard of. I go by total
cost (including shipping and insurance rip-offs, oops, fee) and if they have
a power supply (not all do) - and of course, a seller with a high rating.

I paid around $30 for the last one I got (at the time, prices were about $50
at circuit city and best buy). As with everything eBay, the price varies
with supply and demand (and greedy sellers with outrageous shipping fees).

Laptop drive cases are less - I ordered two today for $15 each, I coulda got
them for about $10 each but I didn't like the sellers ratings.
