That's probably what he'll do with another ISP.
Or, What about webmail access??
He stated that this was suggested by his ISP & he doesn't want to do this. I don't know if it presents a problem for his screen reader as he is blind or not.
EarthLink Hi-speed has both of these possibilities.
He's currently using TouchTel India & I doubt that they have Earthlink over there.
