Bit of an odd one here. I have a client that has several offices around the
world, in particular one in Calgary and one in Hong Kong. At the main office
in Vancouver, everyone uses Outlook 2003 (non sp1). At both the HK and
Calgary office, there is one user who when they get an email from one
specific Vancouver user, their "machine shuts down" (their description). In
the HK case, she is running XP and using OE 6.0 sp1. Don't have the info on
the Calgary person yet, but I expect it would be similar. I just shipped a
laptop to the Calgary person with Outlook 2k3 SP1 which may have resolved the
issue since he was using his own pc prior to this.

Anyhow, all the Vancouver PC's Outlook clients are identically configured and
these folks having problems only have the problem with one specific Vancouver
user. I've looked at this person's machine, no viruses, worms or other
malware found, configuration for outlook is the same, <shrug> not sure what
to check next.
