Do you have any idea from where/why these hits are happening?

Are/could they be Malious?
Are they? Again I would need my cap but could they be malicious? Surely & most like at least some of them are & most likely they want into your pc in order to see what they can grab. If nothing else they may acquire enough info to steal your identity by getting false SS card &/or DL &/or Passports.
The question that you need to ask is it really worth opening that door or not ?
