So we're all going to have biometrically encoded? ID cards
What use is the bill forcing their issuance if you are not legally required to carry them ?
A federally-approved ID card is currently not required to be carried,
but one must show such an ID to gain entrance to airports, Amtrak,
and federal buildings.
