Absolutely. They are just a big floppy disk. If track 0 is bad there is probably only one solution...the round file or take it back to the retailer and see if they will warrantee it.

Sorry, I know those things are very expensive.

The problem I presented previously concerning the error message I was
receiving 'please insert disc' when I placed a 250MB disc in the drive was almost
solved when I was told to check the raised portion on the device. It did read
ZIP 250. I placed a different 250MB disc in the drive and it worked
perfectly. So now my question is, Why is it working with one 250MB disc and I get the
error message on the other one? Same manufactor on both. Could one be bad?
