If I recall, you are on dial up ! Have a look at IP Cop,
"Sourceforge" It should do what you want.
I use one on dial up ! Whilst I don't use Wins, so don't have the
port 135/8 problem, I do use it for "dial on demand" with a 180
second time out. No outgoing activity for 180 seconds and it hangs up
until I make another DNS request.
FWIW I also have three other machines behind mine !!
