Actually there is no Exchange server currently, I am planning for the
Exchange server, I told them that now that the company is expanding we need
to do the IT stuff right otherwise it will be an administrative nightmare not
to mention very costly. The PHB's agreed and are willing to put up the money
so... I am making sure I get in everything we need now as I am sure the purse
strings will tighten again after this major upgrade.

Smart move - and yes, it's better to get it done right from the beginning.
It'll save a lot of hassles in the end. And make sure they allow for large
enough mailboxes - disk space is cheap and it's much better to keep everything
on the server than mess with archive pst's.

Hmm... just reread your comments, you mention converters for Outlook, not for
Exchange, that seems to me like I'll have to do it on a per user mailbox
basis rather than from the server across mailboxes...
