Efx is just one of the standard image formats - but they did something so you 
can't just rename it. 

I dropped it because of the cost - $10 a month was just too much for my needs. 
I now use send2fax - I pay $1 a month plus a per page fee (10 or 15 cents per 
page), but the new price is $2 a month. I rarely go over $6/mo, so I'm ahead. 

I was also fed up with the junk faxes and their asinine way of reporting them.
