But... are you sure you want random and not passphrase? A new, totally random password every 60 days might result in writing them down on postits, which defeats the security. I use the less secure name_or_location_date format, but the recommended format is a letter from each word in a sentence, substituting numbers for some letters and mixing lowercase.
