Are you sure you didn't run something like X-Setup & tell it to edit all
script files instead of running them ? I know one can do this for VBS files
& etc but I don't know about BAT files. BTW BAT files are like COM, EXE &
CMD files in that they are command files & are NOT associated with anything.
