My first step would be to go to safe mode and run Adaware and Spybot (my
favorites of the spyware stoppers). Of course, after turning off system
restore. If that doesn't resolve it, backup, nuke and pave.
OBTW there is a new version 1.4 of Spybot available for those that are
interested.
