I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 and Outlook Express.
Not too long ago I did a complete format and reinstall. I have all the
latest security updates.
My problem is this:
Starting a few days ago whenever I log off my account and then log back on,
I cannot get email. I get an error message. The only fix is to reboot. Once
I reboot Outlook Express works fine. If I log off then on, same thing
happens again until I reboot.
I installed Thunderbird to see if it was a problem with OE, but it does
exactly the same thing.
I also have Norton AntiVirus 2004 installed with all the latest updates.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
