When I opened the message, I found that Diane Poremsky had written:

I used the Winged Horsey (Pegasus) and it can handle about 
anything coming along.  My last message included copied text 
and it was processed accurately. Maybe if I copy text which has
<this stuff> around them and in "red" , it may not process.
