Which problem? :D This will not fix your original problem (no
systray volume control). It will get you to the point where you
can install the volume control software though. So, yes, "hide"
is causing A problem. :D
BTW I would just delete the "hide" from the multimedia line:
[ MultiM=ocgen.dll,OcEntry,multimed.inf,HIDE,7
Deleting the "hide" in some of the other lines will give you
weird stuff in the Windows Components list. :D
BTW2 related to your original problem, have you checked in the
device manager for any troubled items? Include the "Hidden"
items when checking.
