That's just it you can NOT use Replicator to backup to a CD or DVD without
some sort of packet writing software such as InCD & this is why I keep
advising you to find something other than Replicator. If you're heart is so
set on Karen's Replicator because you're married to her or something then
get an external HD then you can still use it otherwise find some other
backup app or live with InCD. As long as you want to write to an Optical
drive then Karen's Replicator & InCD are like a wife & her mother in that
you can't have one without the other & just like them if one goes the other
one usually does too.
OBTW most backup software uses it's own format but at least it can be read
by your machine & even some one else's machine that has the app installed
which is more than I can say about InCD.
If you want the files to be in their original format then use Nero [NOT
backup] & to save filesets then just save the iso file when you exit then
Nero will remember what files that you had copied before & where they came
from.
