Odd use of the term "justice". The actual position is that "the folks that
create things get to decide how to distribute their work". I know this
irritates the folk that think they should be able to take anything they want
for free, but that's the way it is... the law is just attempting to keep the
pirates from continuing to ply their trade.
That's fine as long as they don't take a sledgehammer approach.
If RIAA has their way, they will sue such services out of existence.
Many lesser known artists actually encourage peer-to-peer file sharing
of their creations.
