Normally I don't like "me too" posts.... But as someone who makes his living "on-line", including selling shareware software, I couldn't agree more with Diane.
Unfortunately at the time of the great Internet "boom" (tech stock bubble) of the early 90's, companies where giving stuff away for free like there was no tomorrow (most of them are no longer in business). That got a lot of people the impression that everything on the 'Net was free...
