I'll report back, I guess, but I'd guess that this isn't true. Given
that I have access to CACLS, I'm assuming/hoping that since the
underlying FS is still NTFS that I can [with some annoyance] tune the
ACLs for the various things to be the way I want them to be.
That's why I said "(at least easily)". Tony can pitch in here
as he has discovered the secret to accessing the Security tab
in XP Home. Or look in the archives as he has posted "the
secret" :) recently. It had something to do with safe mode.
