I've tried that too, with D substituted for S. What happens is explorer
opens with just D:| expanded. Seems to ignore the C:

But explorer will only point and expand to the last drive on the command
line since S:\ is a network drive.
This does not produce the desired effect of having two folders opened with
expansion of C:\ root folder pane view.
