I dont see anywhere asking you to pay.
The eventual download link has a comment saying along the lines of the
download has been removed at Microsofts' request.
Marc, in order to read any more of my emails you'll need to pay me a
one-time 1 yesr unlimited access fee of $1.66 a month. Paypal will be
fine. ;)
