Dunno what firmware I currently
have as the drive is in an SNT external usb2/firewire enclosure and device
manager only shows the firewire chipset info.
Anyone have any comments on burning the memorex disk with this drive, also
how to flash the firmware while it's in the enclosure?
As long as the DM shows the firewire chipset info you should be able to
flash the external drive just as if it were an internal device.
