Actually, the clocks go forward in the spring and back in the fall. The
article that was in the local paper this week said it would begin with the
second Sunday in March and run through the first Sunday in November,
adding approximately one month to DST. The original proposal would have
run from the first Sunday in March through the last Sunday in November,
but a lot of people squawked about that, so they pared it back.
I guess that's LAST to Spring forward and FIRST to Fall
back...........................
