Exactly how did they restrict you, Wayne? I read the disclosure, but don't know how it is implemented. As Bill has stated, is it better > than dialup, surely but would you want to jump to cable or dsl if they > should ever become available in your area, most definitely. Oh yes, DSL is great! I had it back in Calif. I'm twenty miles out from a one-horse town, so I don't expect DSL anytime in this centruy <smile>.
