I've been trying all morning to contact DirecWay at their posted
number (866-664-2788). All I get, after a ton of rings is a
message saying to enter Remote Access Code.
Are they that hard to contact or is something wrong with their
phone system, perhaps?
Maybe someone can answer my question:
What is the major advantage of the Professional plan?
Here's my situation: My wife and I are networked (same room,
almost side-by side). We do want to access the net at the same
time and have different email addresses.
I don't totally understand the static IP address thing, though. That
seems about the only real difference........and I have had a static IP
address for years.
Any info appreciated.
