Some of those older Belkins are marked poorly...
Make sure you are NOT plugged into the SURGE ONLY side...
Been there, done it... (It was still a POS though...)
Wasn't even worth the shipping to send it in under warranty...

to test it and...............nothing........dead......belly up!
Plugged it back in and can't even turn it on.
