I haven't had problems with HP products either except when my clients buy
new all-in-one devices for older operating system machines (for the most
part).  They seem to function as described.  I was just glad to know that we
don't have to run all that proprietary stuff in the system tray.

Likewise. I bought both of my kids HP laptops some 19 months
ago, and so far there has been no need to call Tech Support.
