In Windows XP when you click on start button it shows program links in two
panels.
The links on the second panel seem to be fixed but those on first panel
seem to
vary. How can you choose what goes in this panel, if you could?
I find it very frustrating that the list keeps changing, so I set the number
of programs to be displayed to zero. Then I have more room to put icons for
the programs I want and they stay the same all the time.
