Yea Don, The really nasty problem with developing for multiple environments is the bits of VBA that don't work in earlier versions, and even nastier, those that work differently - E.G the user with Office95 and Win95, those with 98 or Me, and Office97 Those with 2K of both, and those with XP, and those with a mix of OS, and an Office version that didn't have a corresponding version shortly to be followed by those with Office2003
And - I shudder when I start looking at clients 'patch/fix levels And - re-install the analysis pack, respecialise as UK, not US etc. ( There is a major UK bank that, less than 10 years ago, had an 'IT' department that delivered bought-in systems to the users desktop without setting UK mode/location, or implementing any security. They even had Access without the security facilities fully installed, so you could not implement any security - and all across unencrypted network connections! ) And - a major utility company with office desktop systems using OS2 2.11 ( not Warp) Lotus-Spreadsheet) , and WordPerfect 5.0. Recon you could do development & maintenance for that environment?
