If the instruction were with the download I would have known that but when
I realised what was happening it didn't give me much time to actuallly
navigate anywhere as the computer froze almost as it booted.

The strange thing was that when I put the XP install CD in the drive to
boot to either repair or reinstall the computer still locked and wouldn't
let me press ENTER to continue with installng windows.
