In IE6, under File, Print Preview, there is an option for "Page Width"
as well as various % scaling options. This may do what you want.
From what I can tell, all of those only scale what you see [on the
preview page] and not what's actually printed, alas.
I admit I haven't tried the various IE print preview options.
IE7 beta has a true "Shrink To Fit" option. However, it's in beta,
so not really ready for prime time. As already suggested by
another member, Firefox will do Shrink-To-Fit now.
