Hi Brian,

Laptops can do this nicely. You need to extend the Windows XP desktop. There is also some fiddeling you need to do with a laptop namely changing some settings under advanced in the properties of the display adaptor.

Hello everyone. I have been asked to setup a PC at our church with a dual monitor setup. They have a machine that they want to use to display items
on an overhead LCD projector (Powerpoint slides).

Can I install two physical video cards in Windows XP, and use them both at
the same time? One would display the desktop where a program called
MediaMagic would run, and the output of MediaMagic would be displayed on the
second video card?

Am I making any sense? Can this be done?

Input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian Rudnicke
