DBXTRACT is a useful utility for converting the content of an OE folder
(.dbx) file to .eml files,

and if anybody knows how to extract and restore the rules for a email id,
please tell!

and - for import you may have to select the import set as OE5 files if your
system doesn't offer any higher level in the selection list
