Can you see a C: partition from the dos prompt if so does it look similar to the C: partition? you used to boot to
If so - then the problem is probably with the Windows OS, or the master boot entry on the drive If not, then the drive partition information may have been corrupted And if you boot from the XP install/recovery CD does that facility show partitions on the drive, or does it not show the drive at all?
