FWIW Daemon Tools and Alcohol use the exact same virtual drive code, so
if thats all you need it for you would be better going with DT.

Don't know if that's the problem being solved, but maybe it's a choice for a
solution "right now".

Subject: OT: Alcohol 120 Proof
I need to create a virtual drive "right now". I have registered on the
Alcohol
forum, but haven't received confirmation as yet. So, hopefully you won't
mind if
I ask a question here.
When I click on "Virtual Drive" and enter "any" number of drives to
create, I get
an error message saying that I had entered an incorrect number of drives.
I've
used from 1 to 4. Same thing.
I have only used Alcohol once before and didn't have this problem. I
probably
don't know what I'm doing with it, but I don't see the problem addressed
in the
Help file.
I know before I had to set the number of drives to "0" before they were
eliminated
Any ideas?
If you think the list members will yell "OT, OT, OT!!!", you may reply by
private email.
Oh yes! I am using Winders! XP-HOME, SP2
Thanks,
Jim
