They have requested additional info to include system info files from
both the xp and win98 machines.
Will let you know the outcome.
Has anyone else seen this problem? I can't be the only person running
an xp and win98 machine and sharing printers.
When I zipped the system info files on the win98 and tried to copy them
thru the network neighborhood to the xpmach, I got the same error
message: "not enough memory available. Close some programs."
However, I can go from the xp machine to the win98 machine and copy the
file without any problem.
