It's not that complex, just rtfm and you'll be fine.  The online setup manual 
is clear and concise.  Depending on which mailer you use, most of the setup 
will be done by the install wizard.  I've been using PopFile for about 2 
years now with Pegasus mail, it works great. I have to reclasssify maybe 5 or 
10 messages a week, I get 400-600 messages a day.
