Some ideas:

1. Turn off all firewalls while you're playing with the equipment.

2. What type of file sharing are you using? (simple, other)

3. Can you ping all machines from each other?

4. I'm assuming you've covered all the basics:

Subject: network problem- need help

I have 2 towers connected through a linksys router by wire, ( router
is connected to a cable modem) and a third tower located elsewhere in
house connected wirelessly. My main unit call it machine 1, can
access the files on 2 & 3, but they cannot acces #1's. I have set and
reset the sharing rights, I have removed the firewall on machine 1,
and get the same error message each time. The message that machines 2
& 3 gets says that they do not have the rights to the path/file and
or not enough space. Machines 2 & 3 can access the internet through
the router. Is there some other setting I should be checking.
Any ideas. It had been working but my cable modem had to be replaced
and I added AVG with firewall ( firewall on machine 1 only). These
are the only changes I am aware of prior to my discovering the problem.
